From one old soldier to another one: I agree with you, wholeheartedly.
The EPA is an unconstitutional government entity whose sole purpose is to serve the political needs of whatever party occupies the White House. An EPA “finding” is nothing more than an edict to be obeyed, without recourse to the legislative process.
Do away with the EPA, overturn all of its edicts, and get rid of the Clean Air Act.
