It is curious that Sarah Palin must prove that she is competent to handle multifarious inteernational and domestic problems before she can announce her run for the presidency. The present bozo who occupies the white house had no experienc in anything but self promotion and racial grievance. So a Republican is required to show that he/she is qualfified for the office of presidency but a democrat only has to send chills down Chris Mathews legs.
