Because the American people are a people who in the end don’t give up, don’t stop fighting, refuse to lose, and will choose to win….A nation that is not willing to fight for what it believes in, for its place in the world, is not worthy of its own ideals. But that is not America.

Sorry, Pal. That IS America, and the American People, who’ve entertained themselves to death, HAVE given up..Notwithstanding a few thousand young people who are willing to die for their belief in what their parents gave up on a long time ago..Sad, but so it goes.
