Finally, governments have devised a way to tax oxygen (there are two oxygen molecules for each carbon molecule). I thought it was only a joke that ‘if they could tax breathing’ then they would. Well they’ve finally taxed oxygen and I guess the next step is going to be population control so as to effectively tax breathing.
