If the war between America and the Mullahs escalated from proxy to direct engagement, I wouldn’t hold a banner saying “NO WAR”. It is your war as much as it is ours. We are friends and we have a common enemy. It is not as if we are enemies but united through a common enemy. We are actually friends. I speak on behalf of myself, my family, friend and those who support my way of thinking. Iran is the second country in the ME who would want to have close ties with the US. Thanks to the revolution, there are over 6 million Iranians who have immigrated to America and Europe. These people still have many close relatives back in Iran. Hence, the western way of thinking is very acceptable by the very majority of Iranians in Iran. Once Iranians establish their secular democracy, I assure you the world will be at peace. In a nut shell, we will re-build Iran; and re-educate the thugs and keep them at bay, etc. The Iranian oil money will be spent to build a country that will be an example to the rest of the ME. But in a nut shell, the Mullahs in Iran have a different vision and theirs is to make Iran an exemplary Islamic state where people wear black and mourn the death of one imam, prophet or another every other day of the week. They despise celebrations and jubilations. They see that as a western culture!! They see that as a threat to Islam! The Mullahs’ exemplary Islamic state is totally incompatible with the free world’s values and principles. If Obama or any other American or European leader embolden the regime, they are effectively helping the creation of an Islamic empire that cannot live side by side the western and free world values and principles. An Islamic empire that will eventually either destroy the free world or the planet because they believe ‘decadence and liberal values are evil and should be destroyed.’
