What aaron said about family law in general. At the root of both issues — the totalitarian nature of divorce/custody policy matches that of American CPS — are opportunistic zealots using legislatures for fun and profit.
In the case of the former, it’s feminists and in the latter, it’s moralists. Either way, it’s unconstitutional. Constitutionally, Lynn gets it dead wrong.
