Why did we need nine years to get an escaped murderer back to the U.K? It doesn’t matter where you kept him,it’s about extradition. How did he get in,in the first place.
The prisoner release programme was part of the Good Friday agreement and came with conditions.

The reason why some extradition’ were refused is because U.S judges deemed them political prisoners.who would not get a fair trial here.
