Right at the beginning of this debate, a contributor known as BC asserted that science and scientists had become politicised. I’m hearing this message from a number of sources.
BC goes on to say that he/she believes that, out a sense of frustration, the most-listened to climate scientists abandoned the scientific method and falsified data.

If the e-mail record is shown to be authentic, the behaviour of these so-called “scientists” is such as to warrant that they be subject to investigation by their relevant professional bodies.

The senior staff, at the Hadley Climate Research Unit, have not only abandoned any pretence of being scientists – they seem to have adopted the mindset of a mafiosi organisation.
