You silly Moho. The trouble with your conclusion is that what you quoted in the article you linked to defends Bush and damns you. Look:

Bush administration officials who had concluded — BASED ON SCIENCE[caps by me] — that the government should begin regulating greenhouse gas emissions because global warming posed serious risks to the country.”
But the Bush officials’ conclusion wasn’t “based on science”. It was based on corrupted science. A lot of us have known this for years, just as Bush must have known. No wonder he refused to sign off on it. The report was tainted by fraud, as these whistle blower’s documents make plain. Good for Bush.
