That doesn’t sound very polite. . . I would think that you should figure out what the translation for “noogie” is in the local language and say that inst. . .

out of sheer idle ignorance and curiosity, what is the main difference or advantage of hating the folks nearby who post in forums (despising them, looking down on their IQ’s or views, refusing to acknowledge that they’re people too) and hating foreigners?
