My first reaction when I heard of this insane decision, is that there will be jury intimidation, as well as witness and prosecutor intimidation. Presumably all of these people will wear bags over their heads or otherwise the state isn’t going to get a fair trial. And more people, and their loved ones are going to be killed as, and after, they serve their country and political correctness.

The purpose of these trials is to embarrass Bush and Cheney. If innocent people are killed in the process, which I think is almost certain, will the insane Bush hatred of the Democrats be satiated? Will the people of America rebel and insist on politicians like Lieberman and Miller who put country before party.
