It has been said that the brightest light attracts moths. This was said by the first leader of the Reform Party of Canada, Preston Manning. For those not familiar with Canada, his father, Ernest, was Premier of Alberta for about 30 years.
Yes, people with very strong views on multiculturalism, immigration, and cultural matters joined the Reform Party because they were not viewed as welcome in either of the established parties.
Anyway, in a round about way, I am saying that there is one party in Great Britain which gets it: The British Conservative Party, especially given what Daniel Hannan has to say. Plus, there is a Member of Parliament, who was interviewed not that long ago in Canada, whose name is Michael Gove. At least they get it that
others, and not just British, have gotten things
right.
So, give Gove & Hannan a chance, because they have learned why Blair was Prime Minister as long
as he was.
