The grammar rule you cite would be valid except for the fact that the words are treated together as a single unit – note the “” – expressing a single meaning and thus “does” is permissable.
Now, my question to you is do you have anything constructive to contribute to the discourse or are you just here to attack others. As of yet, you have done nothing but attack others. If you would like evidence, I’m sure we all can provide amble posts just from this thread.
