Speaking of the City Council, check out the D.C. CC attempting to placate blame to D.C. Schools Chancellor Michelle Rhee (whoa.. can that be another woman holding a high position?). She’s one of the few reasons D.C. schools are improving.[okay, sorry, one last thing. You don't placate blame. You placate people.]
