Actually, he isn’t “botching it” at all. Harper is delivering competent steady leadership for the first time in years. Just like the the citizens of most western democracies, Canadians crave above all “peace, order, and good government.” Harper’s Conservatives are delivering. For the first time in years I can say that I’m proud to be a Canadian.
