Didja notice that this civilizational life or death topic was completely sidelined by such a foolish digression, and how many here have been suckered into allowing that to happen? Do ya think maybe that tactic is also being successfully used elsewhere by people who do not want to confront the ramifications of what we are (supposed to be) talking about here? Helloooo. Second point is something that may work in civilizations favor. Namely that civl disobedience in the face of these commissars would be easy to do en mass. It simply requires people deliberately choosing to be “offensive”. And once a critical mass is met, which would not take much, people would begin to realize that the roof has not fallen in, and the state will be far too overwhelmed with such “lawbreaking” to possibly respond. The Emperor will be revealed to have no… teeth, I suppose.
And that is what is required. It really wouldn’t take that much. It won’t solve anything completely, but it would be a titanic crushing of the authority of these vile little zampolits.
Canadians, your forefathers gave their lives at Dieppe and Normandy and elsewhere that you may be free. Now you are asked to “feel uncomfortable that you might just possibly possibly be considered to have maybe offended someone just a bit” in the same cause.
