I have it from a trusted source that their overarching mission is to award a Peace Price to Osama Bin Laden, because he is the luminary who made the case that the GWT label was obsolete, but they sensed that the world was not quite ready for such a prophetic lurch, so they split the difference and settled for the deer in the headlight for now, as a stepping stone across the raging river of absurdity.
