Washington still hasn’t. though they did prosecute several workers for voter fraud in the 2004 election, it didn’t go far enough. ACORN was able to foist it off on “just workers” instead of the reality of “pattern of voter fraud” among the entire organization. We had more voter fraud in 2008.
