First, voting for someone because of his or her race, religion or ethnicity isn’t the same as voting against someone for those reasons.
In other words white people can’t vote for white people because they are white. Non-white people, by all means they can. Nice double standard.

It would be a double-standard IF all things were equal, but they are not.
For blacks, this is historic (if it even happens).
What possible meaning would such a vote have for whites?
I am for McCain (he’s all we have), but I am not sure why people are acting baffled. (But that’s just me.)
