Hope, I don’t think that word means what you think it does;
1. a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one’s own race is superior and has the right to rule others.
2. a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.
The word you were groping for is ‘bigot’;
a person who is utterly intolerant of any differing creed, belief, or opinion.
[Origin: 1590–1600; < MF (OF: derogatory name applied by the French to the Normans), perh. < OE bī God by God]
The two words are mirror images of each other. There is a technical term for that, which escapes me at the moment. A lot of people think they are synonyms. I suspect, but can’t prove, that those same people have a little trouble telling their left hand from their right.
Keep snatching at that pebble, grasshopper.
