I take it as an assault on my integrity to be accused of something I am not. Most people would. In self-defense I simply shut out the noise and refuse to listen. Pardon my humanity, but I can only take so much. Mr. Navarette and his ilk scream racist, racist, racist! As if repeating the mantra often enough will make me admit it. I suspect the good people of WestbyGod Virginia are feeling the same thing. I wouldn’t vote for Obama at this point if he walked on water. Is there a shred of insight in the senator that understands human nature? It seems not. It’s a good enough reason to vote against him. And if I hear more accusations of racism, I’ll start contributing in C-notes to the McCain campaign. I’m tired of the litany and sick of the narrative. Enough already!
