In other words, Haidt’s theory proposes five intuitive ethics, of which only two are common to all cultures.
Based on the little bit you quote, Haidt’s point is that liberals value the first 2 to the exclusion of the other 3.
Which is not the same as saying that only 2 of the 5 are common to all cultures.
