@85. David S: – The other three precepts have been identified as a common thread through insular and tribal societies around the world, but are absent or deprecated in societies that depend on a rational moral framework.
This is a pathetically specious misrepresentation, Zippy: i.e., a Lie.
Your lie is utterly discredited by observable reality – specifically, every failed communist ‘experiment’ in history, the dying EU, and the measurable degree to which America has been degraded by the increasing influence of socialism these past 70+ years. Sustainable societies – as recognized by the research you’ve chosen to misrepresent – rely upon a holistic morality comprised of all five intuitive ethics, not just the two that appeal to morally adolescent leftists.
Furthermore your Lie is directly refuted by the author of the research (Haidt) himself, as he goes from one leftist group to another, chiding them for their lack of moral diversity and recommending as a matter of social progress that they appreciate and use MORE, not less, of the three intuitive ethics they reject.
Nice try, but once again you’ve knowingly misrepresented the research. You got caught. You got pwned.
You’ve rendered your own commentary irrelevant, Zippy.
