They were all Democrats, and still most are today.
Look, as a Jew, don’t think I have anything but hatred for the Klan and all they stood for. I’m just saying, as a Hoosier who was raised along the coasts, there is less racism here than in DC, NY, Miami, LA, et al.
The Klan is long gone, but the racism of Democrats continues—black, white, latin, asian, etc.
The least racist folks I know are conservative middle americans—white, black, chrisitian, jewish, etc.
That the media says the opposite is why they cannot be trusted.
