The more I talk to white folks and black folks about their reasons for voting or not voting for Obama, usually the oppossite of what the media is saying becomes true: I’ve witnessed more blacks voting for Obama because of his skin color and sub-culture traits, than whites NOT voting for Obama because of his skin color. Of course, the media wouldn’t broadcast news with examples of this claim, as then THEY would be the ones labeled racist.
On a more personal note, during my one trip to Indi, and being hispanic, I can’t say that I was once treated in a way that would suggest racism when I interacted with the good people of the state.
