well done–cogently argued. The WaPo piece was much a do about nothing. As you point out there is racism galore in this world–has anybody ever spoken to a perosn from se Asia and ask them what they thought of black americans or even caucasian americans–the most racist and ethnicentric people in the world reside there. And as you point out similar prjeudices exist through south america and I don’t have to remind people of the virulent anti-semtiism of ALL europeans.
