Obama has nothing to with what Hamas may or may not say, or who they endorse. However, since they make a statement preferring him over the current idiots … er, Bush administration, suddenly Steve Gill proclaims, “So what have Barack’s Hamas friends been up to lately?” Talk about your jumps in logic.
Even assuming the biased slant of National Review has got a quote right, in Obama’s reaction to Hamas’ endorsement, all it really indicates is that he’s flattered to be compared to Kennedy. Plus, any chatter from the middle east favourable to Obama is much the same as any other. A sincere hope for change from the current, deplorable, status quo.
