How is having a ‘speech code’ in the Congress compatible with the First Amendment? If you believe someone is lying, then you must be allowed to say so. Furthermore, it becomes your duty to do so. Wilson should appeal his censure to the Supreme Court, if there’s a way to do it, and get the prissy speech code junked.
