“Nobody disputes his facts? Is he for real?”
Barack Obama has a few screws loose—and I say that in all seriousness. Our current White House occupant is coming unglued. What else, for instance, explains his decision to be a guest on countless TV programs this weekend? Does this behavior seem like the behavior of a sane man? Obama is rapidly becoming a marginalized figure in American politics. Red and purple state politicians of both major parties are abandoning him. In their heart of hearts, if not even consciously, none of them believe that Obama has his act together.
The president appears to be a dangerous narcissist. His ego will not be able to handle this lessening of widespread adoration that he has long taken for granted. We will soon be discussing how best to transfer Obama’s responsibilities over to Joe Biden. The odds are roughly 50/50 that this will occur before the end of the year.
