Once the first ballot is cast and nobody wins, ALL the delegates are up for grabs.
Do you think that the Clintons who once illegally obtained 900 FBI files have neglected to do the research on the delegates? I am not saying that all the delegates to the Democrat convention are having illicit sexual affairs, tapping their toes in airport mens rooms or engaging in illegal financial shenanigans, but I am saying that enough are doing such things that they will vote to make Hillary Clinton the Democrat Presidential candidate in 2008 in order to keep their wives, families and district attorneys from seeing the evidence that the Clintons have collected on them.
What? You thought the Clintons only did that sort of thing against Republicans?
