This is an exceptionally bizarre reading of Hillary’s character. If she stands for anything, it’s rapacity and self-interest above all, even more so than the run-of-the-mill politician. As a feminist icon, she’s a dud – she only got where she is today by virtue of being someone’s wife, which is anathema to the feminist ideal.
