Why Hillary Won’t Give Up

There is no wonder why the Obamaniac wing of the Democratic party and the MSM have been howling for Hillary to quit while trying to give everyone the impression that Obama has the nomination in the bag.

You see, they know that if she has not withdrawn by the time the convention rolls around that she will get the nomination.

Here is why…

1. Neither one can get the nomination on the first ballot without the superdelegates. Simply put Obama has not won jack, despite what he and the MSM say. There is no reason Hillary should withdraw, she will win the majority of the rest of the primaries.

2. Always bear in mind that sure the superdelegates can say who they are going to vote for until they are blue in the face. It means absolutely nothing because they can change their mind at any time. The only way you are going to truly know who they will vote for is when they actually cast their vote. Also remember that the superdelegates are not Joe Blow off the street, these are powerful people within the party-and for many of them power trumps ideology.

3. Can you say “credential fight”? You are going to see one and Obama stands to lose more delegates in a credential fight then Hillary does. For example all the delegates from the Texas caucuses will probably be tossed out-even the DNC admits that those caucuses were rigged and crooked. Most of those delegates are Obama delegates. You could end up with both Obama and Clinton pretty much tied for delegates by the time that is over.

3. Michigan and Florida-They will be seated. The Democrats in both of those states are pissed at the party because they have been “disenfranchised”. Donors in those states are asking for refunds, etc.. They will be seated because the Democrats can simply not afford to toss away 44 electoral votes and they know that if they don’t seat them they give those states to McCain due to the backlash.

4. Obama has steamer trunks crammed full of dirty laundry-stuff that makes “Rev.” Wright look mild and tame. What are the odds of that stuff staying buried for the next three months? Slim to none.

5. Obama is his own worst enemy. His second worst enemy is his wife. I can almost guarantee you both of them will say or do something exceptionally stupid before the convention rolls around which will serve to throw more gasoline on the fire.

6. By the time the convention rolls around it will be obvious to all except the Obamaniac wing of the party and MSNBC that nominating Obama would be an unmitigated disaster. The electoral college map would look like the one from 1984 and the internal polls will tell the party that Obama drags the whole ticket down.

7. Remember what I said about those superdelegates? The “only way you are going to truly know who they will vote for is when they actually cast their vote” and the “power trumps ideology” parts? They want to stay in power and have the chance at even more power from nice, juicy appointments. All of the Obama campaigns promises to them will mean nothing if he can’t get elected and if Hillary gets the nomination paybacks are going to be a bitch to those who voted for Obama.

8. Hillary will end up being the nominee. Paul Begula was right, they can not win with a coalition of eggheads (and the nutroots) and the blacks and in the end the party will decide that it is more important for them to win then to commit suicide in order to placate Al Sharpton and the rest of the race warriors.
