You preaching about the coming salvation of the “Messiah”. One question? Obama has been in South Chicago for over two decades yet no one can point to a single case of his magical ability to reform or re-energize this hapless area.
During a period when the US economy has skyrocketed in every sector, the Obama’s area of Chicago has continued to decline? Unless, of course, you consider his “pastor” moving out to a million dollar home in the subs an accomplishment. How many of the “poor” in South Chicago could those millions have helped? Yet despite having twenty years of time and the backing of the entire Democratic machine in Chicago, Obama did nothing? But in four years, the Messiah will solve everything. Please.
I might have more faith in the messiah, if he had performed a the miracle of say what Giuliani accomplished in NY, or Jindal is currently performing in Louisiana. Hell, you think Bush is some idiot, but his record as Governor of Texas was hugely successful. He actually accomplished much of what you profess to love about the Obama. Bi-partisan legislation to benefit the citizens of Texas.
The facts are that you a simpleton who is about to vote for an empty suit who has never been successful at any of his ventures. His law career was a bust and he left to become a “community organizer”, but noone can point to any issue for which his efforts provided any benefits? He has “won” two elections entirely thru legal means he was unopposed. Yet in his terms in the legislatures, the only benefactors of his service were his backers like Rezko and not his citizens living in the tenements? He has nothing from his Congressional record because like Edwards, upon getting his seat, he immediately began running for President.
