This means, ta da ! all kinds of gerrymandering/financial allocation etc. decisions will be made as a function of the 20 million (probably a conservative estimate) individuals living in the United States illegally.
They would likely be eligible for Obamacare.
If they fall into Dr. Mengele-Zeke’s specially valued 15-40 age group, they will definitely get better overall health services than grandma & grandpa.
