Just remember that such “societal value judgments” will not be applied to senior government officials. Since their value is transcendent, so of course the amount of resources budgeted for their medical care throughout life will accordingly be unlimited.
As long as they are “loyal progressives”, that is.
The moral being that in Obama’s Brave New World, being Teddy Kennedy is going to be far safer than being …you or me.
