Our country has believed in throw away babies and old people for a long, long time. Abortion is one example at one end of the cycle. The indifferent, ill-suited treatment of Alzheimer and advanced stages of cancer patients is at the other.
Don’t believe it..? Take a stroll through your local nursing home shortly after closing hours. It will make you sick to your stomach.
Does that mean our society and our system is bad? No. But, it does illustrate what you get when you blend control, distorted purposes and self-aggradizemnent as silent partners into the inherent authority of most any position of responsibilty in our nation’s workforce.
The things that makes Obama’s kingdom a standout target are the shared elements of hatred and intent; where America, white people and Jews deserve to be punished and slapped down, while blacks and Muslims are to be rewarded as much as possible. Racism announces the arrival of each new day to Obama and crew.
Along the way someone convinced Obama that if and when he became President that no person or thing could dispute; much less question or take away his power over other people.
The mess that his healthcare reform proposal is in now is but one, small part of many illustrating what that kind of brute force ignorance and sloppiness will do to the best; or the worst plans of mice and men.
