Seems to me like a bunch of glorified college internship projects they’ve got going, leading to pretty standard Leftist “let me break my arm patting myself on the back” self-esteem. Nothing against that kind of thing, so long as it’s funded with private dollars, but it’s hardly earth-shattering stuff.
