I don’t know about “degenerate moron” (I was not a virgin as a teen, so I can’t cast any stones) but I would certainly say “gormless young fella.” He is just a silly kid who made some mistakes, got vaulted into the limelight and used by the “journalists” in the tabloids and the tabloid journalists who pose as television news. Hopefully, eventually, folks will let it go.
