The mission of the CIA is to thwart our nation’s enemies before a battle can begin. How exactly does this work with politically correctness and public access? Is this anything like the rules of engagement in a knife fight? Who would be naive enough that to believe engaging in an open dialogue is sufficient to stop thieves and killers?
