Terry Gain is right. How come these guys weren’t afraid of going to a battlefield with an AK-47? They were afraid, just as every soldier would be. How come they had absolutely no fear of strapping on a bomb for a suicide attack? They must have had some fear of the explosion and what it woulde do to them. Why weren’t they afraid that they would be captured and tried for committing war crimes, such as decapitating prisoners? Of course they had fearful feelings of being hunted, its only natural.

If they can inflict fear on themselves, how can it be considered torture if we inflict fear on them? Making war and committing terrorist attacks are fearful things, but they are not self torture. Rabid Islamists, if you don’t want to feel fear, don’t attack a country like the United States that will fight back. A word to the wise.

Criminals, don’t attack the police. They will feel at least a little fear; that makes you criminals subject to being tried by Holder for war crimes for committing torture.
