It has taken me awhile to comment on your article because I couldn’t stop laughing. Lets take the title, “Journalists Left out of the Debate”. Really? News flash, Howard: the public refused to buy your propaganda. It may be news to you that the entire world knows you and your ilk have been in the tank for BO from the beginning. It is old news to us. You put this
guy in office with your obscene lack of investigative reporting and now he is failing almost as fast your revenues are falling. But let’s move on.

Your first sentence :”For once, mainstream journalists did not retreat to the studied neutrality of quoting dueling antagonists.” “Studied neutrality”, Howard?
Give me a break. You don’t recall CNN anchors, with all the class of an adolescent just discovering his genitalia,
calling protesters teabaggers? “Teabaggers”, Howard.

See if you can pull yourself back from your sexual reverie and I’ll continue. That will probably be difficult because we are talking about the bright, attractive, sexy Sarah Palin and you know how you msm folk get when just the sound of her name tickles your ear lobes.
Look at this bit, “They tried to perform last rites on the ludicrous claim about President Obama’s death panels, telling Sarah Palin, in effect, you’ve got to quit making things up.” “Making things up”? Howard try not to be so concrete. Palin was not saying that the
words, “death panels” or “euthanasia” were in the bill. Learn to put 2 and 2 together. Government run health care has a history all over the world of controlling cost by rationing care. Old people and the disabled require a lot care. New babies have the potential of a
lifetime of health care. This means money, Howard. The end of life counseling part of the bill appeared in the cost containment section of the bill. So, Howard, how will the cuts be decided and who will decide? A panel or just one despot?
