Well, thank God another peace process has ended! That is always good news …
Incidentally, it was the defeated conservative Spanish government that said the much bigger Madrid bombings by Al Qaeda which brought down that government were done by ETA.
They either were incapable of knowing or simply didn’t want to admit who had pulled it off, and paid the price at the polls.
