Why the hell can’t we do a brief but massive set of air/naval strikes on Iran’s airforce and Navy? It would set their military back a decade, yet still not kill any civilians and few Iranian soldiers?
We did some of this in 1988 – Operation Praying Mantis. Why not do it again? Why not?
Iran is in no position to ‘ramp up’ their meddling in Iraq beyond what it is now. Why not smash billions of dollars worth of their military hardware?
