What you say sounds nice until the quantity/volume becomes – if not “overwhelming” – tedious.
Think about the month prior to last year’s Presidential election. Did you notice just how much of a “traffic jam” there was from trolls on conservative websites…and what a pain it was trying to maneuver it to keep a thread moving?
“They only hurt their cause”…not so (if only it was limited to that)…and that’s my point: it inordinately congests “our” dialogue.
