How about freckled people? Nobody asks me how I identify, nobody creates any affirmative programs for my benefit, nobody worries about offending me. But there are people who don’t like freckles, and even people who assume I am (gasp) a hillbilly! It is so painful! I’m relegated to the shadows! Freckled-Americans unite!
