Both of the Democratic primary candidates are innocent of any real executive experience, and both are the products of, and enjoy the temporary spoils of, the twisted system of identity politics. Oh, one got her undeserved Senate seat through good old-fashioned celebrity-worship after basking without accomplishments for eight years of her old man’s Presidency, but that’s a side issue.

Whoever noticed that identity politics would Balkanize the USA, thirty or so years ago (and was shouted down for her audacity of describing what she noticed) was right on and should be thanked.

Thanks to the unanimous MSM cheerleaders for the grievance generation, the public is not well informed of how pernicious this race-gender spoils system is to the wellbeing of the nation at large. It’s not unthinkable that one or the other of these identity-brats might end up being President, with all the resulting disasters in foreign policy, and judicial appointments, and the shovelling of funds into the Angry Studies departments of universities to corrupt future generations away from the Bill of Rights and Constitution.
