The worst offenders in Congress are those that are in ‘safe’ districts and simply cannot be defeated and will likely be in office until they die there. People like Pelosi, Kennedy, Frank, Markey, Waxman, and a host of others who have been in power for decades and decades. Their tenure has not only distanced them from those that elect and reelect them it has given them a belief in their infallibility, superiority, and a belief that they are our rulers.
We desperately need term limits to get rid of these parasites and to help us purge career politicians and return to a citizen legislature.
