Heather, this isn’t just a haircutting position, it’s also a SALES position. In small businesses, everyone has to wear many hats, er, headscarves. If you can’t see her hair, would a customer have any faith in her abilities. People who can’t sell are rapidly GONE. Absurd, I’m just surprised this didn’t happen in the U.S.
