Barack Obama is probably already a marginalized president. The odds are against him getting any serious legislation passed in Congress. His increasing weakness will encourage many other people to start doing their own thing. Eric Holder has little reason to fear Obama. I still expect the president to eventually experience some sort of mental breakdown and resign before the end of his term. Hillary Clinton will also be likely to push the envelope. She may essentially even be carrying out her own foreign policy at this very moment! The insiders are very well aware that Obama does not have his act together. They are going to take full advantage of him.
