Interesting point. Reminds me of the Lawyer’s Rule:
[1] If the Law is against you, argue the facts.
[2] If the facts are against you, argue the Law.
[3] If both the Law and the facts are against you, call the other side names.
Maybe the Vest is going to night school in order to become a ‘Lawyer’.
